KARACHI: Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Mian Saqib Misar Saturday declared that no street should to be obstructed for over two minutes for VIP movement. He was hearing a suo motu case at the Supreme Court Karachi Registry against street bars attributable to VVIP movements.
