Academic activities resume in Islamabad’s QAU

ISLAMABAD: Quaid-e-Azam University (QAU) continued academic activities on Wednesday after the varsity had stayed shut for two days in the midst of dissents and agitation that has held on throughout recent weeks.

QAU Vice-Chancellor Dr. Javed Ashraf on Tuesday expressed that the college organization is in contact with the local region organization regarding the resumption of academic activities in the college and that it will be revived on Wednesday. The QAU stayed open the whole a week ago, after which distress resulted on Monday and Tuesday this week.

The students of Islamabad’s Quaid-e-Azam University (QAU) on Monday by and by organized a challenge and boycotted academic activities. The students bolted the administrator office and droned mottos against the department. They also punctured buses tires causing a suspension of the van service.
