Azhar Ali becomes eight Pakistani batsman to score 5000 test runs

Pakistan’s star batsmen and previous Captain Azhar Ali has turned into the eight test batsman from the country to achieve 5000 runs in test cricket. Azhar Ali started the present Pakistan – Sri Lanka test with a count of 4968 runs, from his 5000th run. He is at present not out on 40 and has joined any semblance of Zaheer Abbas, Salim Malik and previous captains Misbah ul Haq, Inzimam ul Haq, Javed Minadad and Pakistan’s top run scorer Younis Khan.
