Chief of army staff meets Chinese ambassador Sun Weidong

RAWALPINDI: Chief of Army Staff General (COAS) Qamar Bajwa approached the Ambassador of China to Pakistan Sun Weidong who is finishing his tenure in the country.

As indicated by Inter-Services Public Relations, the COAS bade goodbye to the leaving diplomat and had talks over issues of common enthusiasm including territorial peace and security.

The ambassador acknowledged Pakistan armed force’s endeavors for peace and dependability in the region and promised to team up later on to keep up friendly relations between the two neighboring nations, the official statement included.

The Army Chief expressed gratitude toward the Chinese ambassador for his administrations and positive commitments to keep up solid ties between the two nations and for the for an interconnected and reliant area.
