Chief Justice Pakistan not convinced with Imran’s Bani Gala money trail

Chief Justice Pakistan is heading a seat that is hearing Imran Khan disqualification case. Amid Tuesday’s hearing, chief justice Pakistan said that Khan took an obligation from Jemaima Khan of Rs. 40 million yet he didn’t demonstrate that in his selection papers.

“Imran demonstrated the cost of his London level as 2 million in charge pardon conspire, be that as it may, he asserts that he sold it for Rs. 80 to 90 million,” CJP watched. In any case, Imran Khan’s direction Naeem Bukhari said that the cost written in the pardon conspire was the purchasing cost of the pads.

Equity Umar Ata Bandial addressed whether Imran Khan demonstrated the obligation he took from Jemaima Khan. CJP said that there are provisos in the cash trail of the Bani Gala residency.

“Where are the transaction details of interest of the money exchanged to Rashid Khan,” he commented. He said that PTI boss had not disproved the affirmation of purchasing anonymous resources. The case was suspended till September 26.

Hanif Abbasi who is the applicant in Imran Khan disqualification case which is being heard in the Supreme Court has asserted that Imran Khan will be excluded toward the finish of this case. Like Nawaz Sharif and his family, Khan should display the cash trail of his home in Bani Gala.
