Khawaja Asif challenges disqualification verdict in Supreme Court

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) senior leader Khawaja Asif challenges disqualification Wednesday in Islamabad High Court’s decision to disqulify him for life in Supreme Court.

Khwaja Asif in his request of documented in the summit court, expressed that he accidentally neglected to reveal his outside work allow in his election designation papers that drove the Islamabad court to give the ruling against him.

“In watching the certainties and conditions of the case, the utilization of the term ‘business’ while tending to ‘occupation’ does not really infer concealment or covering of work,” his appeal to said.

“The Islamabad High Court (IHC) was not defended when it pronounced absence of trustworthiness in connection to the non-divulgence of the torpid financial balance,” the request of said.
