Meeting with PM to bear positive outcomes: CJP

ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice of Pakistan, Justice Mian Saqib Nisar commented on Wednesday that work is in progress on the orders of the court and issues will be settled soon particularly after his meeting with Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi yesterday.

The CJP was heading the seat hearing a case relating to medications and infusions being stolen from hospitals when he made these comments. Amid the hearing, Additional Attorney General said that following the court arranges the service concerned has sent the rundown of doctor’s facility heads in Islamabad to the Establishment Division.

Upon this, the Cheif Justice Nisar commented that the court orders are being actualized rapidly. Every one of the issues are being settled rapidly since the gathering yesterday. “God willing, nothing will grind to a halt now,” the main equity included.

On Tuesday, a one-on-one gathering between Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi and Cheif Justice Nisar was held at the Supreme Court building.
