Melania Trump will lead the United States delegation to the Invictus Games in Toronto this September, the White House said in an announcement discharged Thursday morning.
In the announcement, the wife of U.S. President Donald Trump said she is “respected” to speak to her nation at the current year’s recreations.
Trump will lead the delegation of 90 American competitors who are set to contend at the recreations, which occur in Toronto from September.
“I was cheered by the colossal accomplishment of the inaugural Invictus Games that occurred in London in 2015, and the second recreations in Orlando, Florida a year ago,” Trump said in the announcement.
“In only two short years, the Invictus Games have permitted a great many harmed and injured servicemen and womens from many different range of nations to take an interest in versatile games rivalries – something that should be lauded and supported worldwide.”
