NAB decides not to reopened Hudaibiya Paper Mills case

ISLAMABAD – The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) now a days is very active against Sharif family is not willing to reopen a case identified with Hudaibiya Paper Mills, asserted Geo News citing sources.

The NAB authorities has chosen this following a request issued by Rawalpindi bench of the Lahore High Court in 2011 banishing the responsibility court from taking up the issue after removed prime minister Nawaz Sharif and his relatives moved the court challenging revival of references, other than requesting rejecting the cases.

As indicated by the media outlet, the department is also of view that the Supreme Court did not give clear headings to dispatch fresh test in the Hudaibiya case.

The NAB is as of now taking a shot at getting ready reference against Nawaz Sharif, Hassan Nawaz, Hussain Nawaz, Maryam Nawaz, Capt (retd) Safdar and Ishaq Dar in the light of Panamagate decision.

To make the reference, the summit court on Thursday issued copies of volume 10 the Panama case Joint Investigation Team’s report.
