NAB orders inquiry into Imran’s unofficial use of KP CM’s official helicopters

ISLAMABAD: National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Chairman Javed Iqbal has coordinated the NAB Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) executive general to lead an investigation into Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan’s accounted for utilization of the KP CM’s official helicopters.

On January 29, media announced that the KP government spent through a huge number of rupees on Imran’s utilization of the common government’s helicopters.

In a public statement issued on Friday, the NAB KP DG has been coordinated to learn how the CM gave over his official helicopter to another person and see whether the same was rehashed with different people. Also, the DG has been entrusted to decide whether the CM abused his power. The public statement expresses that NAB has begun the request so official helicopters are not abused later on.
