Nawaz warns against attempts to rig polls

LONDON: PML-N leader Nawaz Sharif cautioned issued a notice on Saturday, saying any endeavor to fix the upcoming elections will be hindering to the nation.

“We haven’t learnt any lesson from past mistakes,” Nawaz told journalists in London. “All cannons have been pointed at the PML-N.”

Without explaining further, he affirmed that his party’s appointive hopefuls were being bothered and undermined.

“Our competitor in Multan Rana Iqbal Siraj was slapped and cautioned of desperate outcomes,” the previous PM stated, bemoaning that their applicants were being embarrassed.

“Such advances would be unfavorable to the country,” he said.

Nawaz argued the caretaker prime minister and chairman election commision magistrate to pay heed to dangers being flung to PML-N candidates.
