PML-N and PPP decide boycott of Parliament: sources

LAHORE: As the Pak­istan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) centeral executive committe meets on Sunday (today) to choose whether or not its chose candidates will guarantee, party sources said they might want to become part of parliament and lodge protest rigging in the general elections as opposed to going for a total boycott.

“PML-N president Sha­hbaz Sharif will exhibit the multiparty meeting proposition to not take the oath before the CEC and MNAs and MPAs-choose. Since it is a principled position of the party to remain some portion of popularity based process, it is impossible that the CEC or chose individuals would propose taking such an outrageous choice,” a party source conscious of the advancement told Dawn on Saturday.
