KARACHI: The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has anticipated that the Ramazan moon will probably be sighted on May 16 (Wednesday). Experimentally, the first day of the Ramzan month will be on May 17 (Thursday), the Met Office said on Wednesday.

The division additionally said Ramazan’s new moon will be conceived on May 15 at 4:49pm.

As per the Met Office’s readings, the age of the new moon will be 26 hours and 45 minutes at the season of locating on May 16.
