Roger Federer survives to reach 14th Basel semi-final

Roger Federer survived an unexpected test at the Swiss Indoors on Friday before making the semi-finals at his home occasion for the fourteenth time with a hard-battled 4-6, 6-1, 6-3 prevail upon Adrian Mannarino.
