MUMBAI: Samsung Electronics has formally opened another factory in India, which the South Korean tech aggregate says is the world’s greatest cell phone manufacturing plant.

The factory in Noida, on the edges of New Delhi, will enable Samsung to influence telephones at a lower to cost because of its scale when other telephone making centers, for example, China are getting more costly, examiners following the sector said.
