Indian tennis star Sania Mirza says she will be back on the court in time for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
Mirza who as of late reported that she is expecting her first child with Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Malik said she needs to set a case that individuals shouldn’t surrender dreams since they’re pregnant, in a meeting with IANS.
“It was just about time I was down with my knee damage in any case and we had been considering it for some time… We thought it was a decent time to begin a family and experience this new period of our lives,” she said.
The 31-year-old has been sidelined since October with knee damage. She has slipped from number one on the planet pairs positioning the first for an Indian lady to 24.
