SC orders Airblue to clear Margalla hills crash dues

KARACHI: Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Mian Saqib Nisar on Saturday requested Airblue aircrafts to pay the compesation to the families of the casualties of 2010 Margalla slopes crash.

The best judge gave the headings while hearing a case relating to pilots’ phony degrees after those influenced by the Airblue disaster achieved the best court’s Karachi registry.

The influenced families revealed to Chief Justice Nisar that the aircraft had not cleared their pay sums till date. At this, the CJP decried authorities of the concerned aircraft.

You are the CEO of the organization, and you don’t have a clue about this is going on?” Justice Nisar said to Managing Director of Airblue carriers, Junaid Khan.
