Shahid Ashraf Tarar has been selected new executive director at the World Bank for next three years. Tarar was already working in as National Highway Authority (NHA) director. He will supplant Nasir Mahmood Khan Khosa, whose residency terminates on November 1.
As per the Establishment Division notice, “Shahid Ashraf Tarar, a BS-22 officer of Pakistan Administrative Service, by and by posted as administrator of National Highway Authority under Communications Division is exchanged and designated/selected as Executive Director/Alternate Executive Director at the World Bank for a time of three years from the date he takes up his arrangement and until the point when additionally arranges.”
It is appropriate to specify here that Tarar making the most of his term as NHA administrator with the full help of previous head administrator Nawaz Sharif.
