SHARJAH: Lahore Qalandars’ abroad player Sunil Narine has been reported for suspected illegal bowling action amid the Wednesday’s Pakistan Super League (PSL) match against Quetta Gladiators in Sharjah.
A representative of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) advised that Narine would be permitted to play matches and bowl in spite of being included the notice list. “Mr Narine has now been put on the notice list and may keep on being chosen to play and bowl for his team in the PSL,” said the official explanation.
It was told the PSL takes after strict directions of the International Cricket Council (ICC) in regards to illicit knocking down some pins. Narine will be suspended from bowling if he is reported for again while being on the notice list.
