Time has come to improve our judicial system: CJP

CHARSADDA: Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Mian Saqib Nisar said on Friday that legal won’t have the capacity to accomplish anything unless fast justice is given to individuals.

While tending to bar individuals in Charsadda, the CJP said that he has ventured to the far corners of the planet and thinks about this judicial complex truly outstanding on the planet. He expressed gratitude toward the crowd for allowing him to be available among them. He said that old laws of the country should to be refreshed, calling for workshops for judges to guarantee trial courts oversee cases as fast as would be prudent.

He by and by requested that judges guarantee rapid justice according to the leaving laws. “Indeed, even today, I am hearing the cases that were established path in 1985. The cases held up in 2000 and 2002 are pending transfer.”
