Today PMLN will show strength on GT Road

Previous prime minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif is good to go to continue in a huge motorcade from Islamabad to Lahore through the GT Road to exhibit his support among the majority after his exclusion by the Supreme Court in the Panama Papers case.

The previous prime minister is required to address to public gatherings, devotees and the gathering laborers at some places. He has planned to go out today (Wednesday) at 10am for Lahore by means of GT Road in a bomb-evidence compartment, for which, the Islamabad-Rawalpindi police have formulated a security design.

The choice was taken in a meeting of the PML-N administration held at the Punjab House. On Tuesday, Minister for Interior Affairs Ahsan Iqbal approached Nawaz Sharif and advised him about the security game plans. He said that the law implementation organizations have been planning game plans to guarantee security.

Supposedly, Nawaz Sharif would make his first stay at Jhelum, where the previous PM is relied upon to address to public gathering. Nawaz’s next stop on the GT Road will be Gujranwala. Other than the overall population, devotees and the political workers are being activated by the gathering authority to welcome their leader.

Most city streets were enhanced with flags that read: “A leader does not need any post… as he lives in hearts.” The banners are from the gathering’s office-bearers, nearby leaders and others. The PML-N has wanted to extend the parade more than two days – beginning from the government capital on Wednesday and finishing up in Lahore on Thursday.

As per the Islamabad Police design, the previous prime minister will come to the GT Road through the Express Chowk, Centaurus Chowk, Zero Point, Faizabad, Murree Road, Katcheri Chowk, Sawan Nakah, Rawat, Kaswal, and after that the GT Road to Lahore.

At Faizabad, the party leaders, devotees and workers to see off the previous PM after his address. The Islamabad Police has sent 2500 staff for security including Special Branch, Rangers and the Frontier Constabulary (FC) constrain.

As per the security design, more than 4000 police staff, including Elite Force commandos, will be conveyed along the course of the rally. Since the party rules in Punjab, the opposition has claimed utilization of state apparatus in an offer to make Nawaz’s arrival to Lahore.

Punjab Minister for Information Mujtaba Shujaur Rehman said that Nawaz Sharif would achieve Lahore in three days.
